General terms of sale
After your payment approval, your order will be prepared within 2 business days then sent via Colissimo without signature. The usual delivery time to mainland France Metropolitaine is 2 business days according to La Poste policy.
You’ll be notified of the expedition when your order is sent. The notification message will inform you of your Colissimo shipping number and the link to the delivery tracking website.
Delivery costs to mainland France Metropolitaine are free for any order over 45€. We recommend that you regroup your purchases in one order. We won’t be able to regroup two distinct orders and thus you will have to pay delivery costs for each one of them.
For deliveries abroad and to French departments and territories overseas, shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight of your order and notified to you in your confirmation email. Shipping time varies depending on countries (4 to 15 days).
None of your information will be given or sold to third parties.
