Kagoshima Kabusecha
As far as Japanese teas go, it’s a must. Coming from the Kagoshima town, located on the Kyushu Island facing the Sakurajima volcano, this shade-grown tea resembles the Gyokuro tea. It presents soft, floral and mineral notes, with very little astringency. Its quality is so good that you can infuse it several times.
